Below are some details of what is being offered at the friary Grange Leisure Centre where Phil Kelly ( Lichfield member) is Area Manager :-
These sessions were very popular during the last winter season and are available once again as a consequence.
Sessions are on a Tuesday and Thursday, and this year there are 2 timeslots available.
Sessions cost just £1.50 for a nice (perhaps) but certainly dry if not sweaty (mmm!) and sociable training opportunity.
