With a few course changes to last year, the course became more technical but still had the hard climbs! European Youth Tour of Assen

Race report from supported rider Matthew Kingston.

This six stage race was in the north of Holland and was my first time racing abroad.
Prologue-It was a 1.7km circuit through some woods. It was also technical with some tight corners near the end and also some cobbles. I came 8th, which was 1st Brit, with a time of 1 minute 31 seconds, 3 seconds behind the winner.

Derby Track Sessions

The last few sessions at Derby have run with small numbers and have had to be subsidised. In order to keep the sessions and make them worthwhile we are working with Born to Bike to share the sessions. Ride Leaders Wanted

The club is looking for club members to come forward to lead some club rides on a regular or ad hoc basis.
In order to support this the club is looking to fund up to 4 club members to attend the British Cycling Ride Leadership Level 1 Course.
